Property was great. Check in process very easy. Property location was good. Very close to downtown Gatlinburg and Smokey Mountain National Park. Just a couple of housekeeping things could have improved the stay. Outside porch light was not functioning or burnt out for the first 2 days. Great view, but the tall upper windows facing the mountains were kinda dirty and could use some cleaning. Closet door by front door is broken and not on the track so it was almost falling off the one hinge that held it up when we tried opening it. No dishwasher soap for dishwasher. No dish cloths or towels for wiping things up. The cabin was very comfortable and cozy and a great place to stay. Just be sure to remove any and every food item( including candy, gum etc or containers that may smell like food from your vehicle and lock your car doors! We removed any food items from the car when we got to the the cabin, but we forgot to lock the car up so we had a visit from a black bear during the night. Fortunately, the bear didn't do any damage inside the car and just left muddy paw marks around the door handle and left the rear back door wide open which we discovered in the morning.

The cabin was very nice and was overall a very great experience. One thing I would warn other guests about is the lack of cleaning supplies. There was no hand soap in either bathroom and there was nothing to wipe the counters or clean dishes with. Jeanette was a wonderful host and even let us check in early :)

Great location, close enough to downtown but just far enough away when you're ready to leave the noise for peace and quiet and your less than a 1 mile from the heart of the arts and crafts village. That's a must do!! The cabin was cozy and clean but if you're looking for a view, this place does not offer that. The first picture the owners show in the listing must be a very old because the trees have grown and all you see if a very small window of the mountains. The cabin needs more lighting, especially in the shower. It would also be nice if there was some type of closet organizer in the upstairs bedroom so you don't have to walk downstairs to the one closet. We were a little disappointed to get there a find a small charcoal/camp grill, the kind you would find at a park. It didn't look like it had been used in awhile and there were no grilling utensils to be found. It would be nice to have a small gas grill but maybe it's not recommended because of all the bears, which one evening we had 3 cubs walk between our vehicle and the entry door! That was very cool!! The bed was very comfy and The hot tub was a nice addition after a day of walking and driving through the park. Overall the cabin is cozy and gives you that "cabin" feel.

This cabin was amazing! Very clean, comfortable, and had a well stocked kitchen with items to cook with when we made meals there. The view of the mountains was wonderful. Our host was so kind, taking the time to fully answer my questions before booking, after booking, and during our stay. I highly recommend!!

This place was very clean and cozy and had all of the accommodations that we needed. The hostess was easily available for any questions we had. I would give this place 10 stars if I was able to
